Refund Policy

*Returns
Recognizing the uncertainty of online jewellery purchases, we offer a 3-day return policy starting from the date you receive your jewellery.
To qualify for a return, the jewellery must be unused and remain in its original condition as you received it. Additionally, please ensure that it is returned in its original packaging.

*Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirming its receipt. Subsequently, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item/s received.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed and automatically credited back to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days.

*Sale items 
Refunds are only applicable to regular priced items; unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

*Shipping
To initiate the return process, please send us an email to request the return address. Kindly note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item.
Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
For items valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or opting for shipping insurance to ensure a secure and traceable return process.

ReflA is based in Singapore, and we regularly take part in pop-up events across the city.

You may have seen us at places such as Orchard Gateway, i12 Katong, Guoco Tower, and other local retail spaces. Our pop-ups are where many customers first discover us, try pieces in person, ask about materials and styling, and find something that feels unexpectedly right.

If you see us at a pop-up, come by and try things on. You are welcome to browse slowly, play with different styles, and see how each piece looks in real life.
