Shipping Policy

We offer free delivery for all orders within Singapore. Most Singapore orders are shipped via SingPost, so please remember to check your mailbox regularly after your order has been dispatched.

Free Singapore Delivery

All Singapore orders are eligible for free delivery.

Delivery within Singapore usually takes 2–4 business days after dispatch via SingPost. Including order processing, estimated delivery is 3–5 business days from ordering.

International Shipping

All prices below are in Singapore dollars (S$).

Free international shipping is available on orders of S$120 or more.

International orders usually take around 10–15 working days to arrive, counted from the date the parcel is shipped. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing and local postal service.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are usually dispatched the next business day. Business days exclude weekends and Singapore public holidays. If an item is unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the next step.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information. Please use the tracking details in the email to follow your parcel's delivery status.

Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Parcels

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. ReflA is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or unclaimed parcels.
